Batch control questions for DTF consumables buyers

How importers can compare powder, film and ink suppliers through sample records, carton specs and repeat-order stability.

Repeat DTF supply depends on batch behavior, not only the first sample. Ask suppliers how powder grade, film coating, white ink and packing are tracked from sample to bulk order.

For powder and ink, record the sample date, batch reference, packing size, curing conditions and printer compatibility. For film, record width, roll length, peel behavior and storage condition.

A practical quote should connect the product spec to carton weight, CBM, HS-code reference, SDS/MSDS status and replacement policy if a batch does not match the approved sample.
