Hot peel, cold peel and what distributors should ask
A practical guide to DTF film conversations that avoids vague quality claims and gets to coating, width, roll length and packing.
Buyers rarely need a poetic explanation of film. They need to know whether it fits their workflow, peels cleanly, stores well and arrives in carton specs that make sense for resale.
Ask for width, roll length, single-side or double-side coating, hot/cold peel behavior and carton packing. If the buyer resells online, label and carton consistency may matter as much as the film itself.
For repeat wholesale, the strongest offer is not a single low price. It is stable coating, predictable packing, available samples and fast answers when a batch behaves differently.
