DTF powder RFQ checklist for importers

The minimum details needed before quoting hot melt powder: grade, particle range, packing, SDS status, samples and destination port.

A powder quote should not start with price alone. Confirm grade, particle size range, target application, packing size, destination country and whether the buyer needs neutral or private label packaging.

SDS and shipping classification should be checked before bulk shipment, especially when the order includes ink or cleaning liquid in the same supply plan.

Samples are the practical bridge between a supplier claim and a repeat order. Ask buyers to test adhesion, hand feel, washing expectations and curing conditions before committing to container volume.
